hypevaultz Return & Exchange Policy
At hypevaultz, we are dedicated to ensuring the quality of every item we sell, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase from hypevaultz.com, we're happy to offer you a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Returns:
To return an item, please ensure it is in its original, unused condition with all tags still attached. Please note that items purchased on hypevaultz.com cannot be returned to physical retail stores. Similarly, items bought in retail stores cannot be returned to hypevaultz.com.
Exchanges:
Items eligible for exchange must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached. Please note that exchanges for items purchased in retail stores cannot be processed online. At this time, we only accept size exchanges through our website. If you would like to exchange your item for a different color, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Refund:
Refund Process: Once your return is received and reviewed, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Timeframe: All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. The time of refund is usually within 3 to 15 business days after we receive the returned items. Please contact your bank to find out when the refund will be returned to your account. Due to the difference between Banks, it may take up to a few weeks for the credit to be returned to your account.
Partial Refunds: If an item arrives back to us in less-than-original condition, only a portion of the purchase price may be reimbursed.
How to Start Your Return or Exchange:

- Go to "Order History" and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
